Fully Licensed Private Hire ‘Taxi’ FAQ

Our FAQ outlines some of the questions we are frequently asked before customers make a booking.

Q: How do I pay for the taxi service?

A: You can pay online using most major credit cards or by cash on the day.

 

Q: Am I charged if my flight is delayed?

A: Usually we do not charge for flight delays if we have correct details. We track flight arrivals to ensure we are ready to collect you at the revised time in the event your flight is rescheduled.

 

Q: Where do I meet my driver when I land at the airport?

A: Your driver can meet you in the arrivals area ( meeting point ). It is best practice to ring us when you are in baggage claim; this will avoid any excessive waiting / parking charges due to customs / immigration delay.

 

Q: Do you operate a fixed price policy?

A: The price quoted is the price you pay. The price includes 60 minutes parking time after touchdown. Each period of 15 minutes after that time will be charged at £5. Car parking is to be paid to the driver on the day.

 

Q: Are your prices per car or per person?

A: Our vehicles are sole use vehicles, our prices are per vehicle.
